IMPORTANT NEWS:
To better provide our services, effective immediately, we have decided to refocus how Heroes of the Crease operates its goalie museum business. This shift is primarily due to interest patterns from our followers at our exhibitions, the time constraints of our company president, the space limitations we have in continually adding more and more items, and also to improve the impact of the items we do have or will have going forward.
What this means is that effective immediately, we are refocusing our chases in the goalie memorabilia world to the following:
-Goalies who have played 200+ NHL games (can be a combo of regular season + playoffs, and also include WHA games in the total, as long as the number is 200+)
-Goalies who have their name on the Stanley Cup (can be under 200 games [ie Jeff Zatkoff] and even as a coach, [ie Robbie Tallas])
-Goalies who are either fan favorites, our favorites, or achieved something special despite appearing in less than 200 games or not winning a Stanley Cup (ie Yutaka Fukufuji, Levente Szuper, Ben Scrivens, etc).
What this DOESN'T mean:
-That we have lost our appreciation for goalies outside of this scope. Far from it, we are still going to be posting about them on our social platforms regularly, this is purely a business decision on the memorabilia front to improve the quality of what we deliver and to attract the biggest crowds without consuming vast amounts of space.
-That all of our items are going to be for sale. Not at all, only select items outside of our new scope will be made available gradually.
-That we are ceasing operations. Nope, we are merely increasing the bang for the buck and ensuring that this project grows in the right direction and will be around for many years to come.
