SHORT BIO: Born on July 22, 1994 in Moravska Trebova, Czech Republic, Langhamer was drafted 184th overall by the Phoenix Coyotes in 2012. He played three seasons of junior hockey with Medicine Hat in the WHL before entering the North American pro ranks in 2015-16. His pro career is currently ongoing and he has thus far played in Europe, the ECHL, the AHL, and the NHL.
Langhamer made his NHL debut for the Coyotes on February 20, 2017 vs Anaheim. After Mike Smith had to leave the game due to concussion protocol, Marek Langhamer replaced him and played the final 15:31. He stopped 7 of 8 shots that he faced in Arizona's 3-2 win. His NHL playing career began in 2016-17, and continued until 2017-18, seeing him play with the Arizona Coyotes exclusively.
