We bring a premier, museum experience directly to your venue. We make integration effortless. By utilizing your venue's existing tables and display space, we can easily adapt to any room layout. Once the space and tables are designated, you can sit back while we handle the complete museum setup from start to finish. Every booking includes full curation, and professional descriptions for each artifact on display. Our rates reflect not just the rare pieces from our archive, but the elite expertise, precision care, and immersive storytelling we bring to your event.
1. The Compact Exhibition
Rate: $1,500 / day
Display Size: 1–10 items

The Experience: The ultimate, next-level flagship museum experience. This elite, complex exhibition transforms large venues into a world-class hockey archive. Requiring extensive layout planning and curation, it delivers a stunning, comprehensive journey through goaltending history that will leave your visitors completely captivated.
Important Booking Details
Daily Rate Structure: Rates are calculated on a per-day basis (single-day bookings apply to both partial-day and full-day event schedules) and are priced in Canadian dollars.
Travel & Accommodations: For all events requiring travel and accommodation on our part, required airfare and/or hotel expenses will be factored into the final service agreement in addition to any exhibition costs.
Display Logistics: We bring the history, you bring the methods of display. For all exhibitions, appropriate display fixtures or venue-provided tables/cases are required to be provided by those who hire us as we are unable to travel with those bulky items.
Regional Availability: We proudly offer mobile exhibitions across Western Canada including British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
Non-Commissioned Events: In addition to private corporate bookings, Heroes of the Crease independently produces and hosts its own exhibitions. If you are a venue owner or operator interested in partnering for a ticketed, merchandise-supported historical event, please contact our team to discuss potential collaboration opportunities.
